Buy X Get Y Discount
Customize discount based on buy certain product to get a discount or free product
Users will be able to create a discount by selecting certain products from the store (X) and other products (Y) to give for free or there will be a discount for it.
How does the buy x get y discount work?
Once a customer order the selected products:
- 1.If the product they choose
matchthe Buy X Get Y products -> they will get the discount - 2.If the product they choose
do not matchthe Buy X Get Y products -> they will not get the discount
You will need to select items for:
- CUSTOMER BUYS (X) Customers need to buy the product/s that are listed under the Customer Buys Example: Medium Coat
- CUSTOMER GETS (Y) The customer will get the product/s that are listed under the Customer Gets for free or there will be a discount (depending on what you set) Example: Fashion Scarf
For Example: Buy 1 Medium Coat and Get 1 Fashion Scarf for FREE.
When the customer buys 1 Medium Coat and 1 Fashion Scarf, she will get Scarf for Free.
- 1.Title: set up the discount title (this is for internal usage, not visible from the buyer's POV)
- 2.Value: set up the discount value either on PERCENTAGE / FREE
- Percentage -> If you want to give n% of discount to the product Y
- Free -> If you want to give product Y for free
- 3.Select X & Y products: set up the product X and Y that will be in this discount rule
- Select X products -> The product that works as the foothold for the buyer to get a discount on product Y
- Select Y products -> The discounted product
- 4.Minimum purchase requirement: set up a minimum purchase requirement for this discount code to be eligible to use
- No minimum requirement -> discount code eligible without minimum purchase amount
- Minimum purchase amount -> discount code eligible with a certain minimum purchase amount
- Minimum quantity of items -> discount code eligible with a certain minimum purchase quantity of the item
- 5.Maximum discount code usage: limit the number of usages the discount code can be used
- Limit the number of times this discount can be used in total -> limit the usage of discount code can be used in total
- Limit the number of times this discount can be used per customer -> limit the usage of discount code can be used per customer (based on phone number)
- 6.Activation dates: to set up the STARTING and END date of the discount code
