The following are the metrics you will see on the dashboard:
Box 1 (Upper left)
Total Views: This shows the total number of times your pages were viewed, including both the storefront and form pages. This counts visits to two different pages (i.e. storefront and form) as two different views.
(Coming soon!) Unique Visitors: This indicates the total number of individual visitors to your store. Even if a visitor views multiple pages or returns later, they will be counted as one unique visitor.
Example: A shopper views products on your store, then goes to form page. Ten minutes later, he returns to your store. 3 views and 1 visitor are reported.
Box 2 (Upper middle)
Total Sales: This represents the overall amount of money generated from sales. It includes the total sales amount, shipping fees, taxes, and any discounts. Cancelled orders are included, but draft orders are excluded from this calculation.
Box 3 (Upper right)
Total Orders: This displays the total number of completed orders placed by customers. It includes cancelled orders, but excludes draft orders.
Box 4 (Middle left)
(Coming soon!) Conversion Rate:
Total orders / Unique visitors (See Unique visitors)
This is an estimate of how well your store converts visitors into customers. It is calculated by dividing the total number of completed orders by the number of unique visitors. Canceled orders are included, but draft orders are excluded from this calculation.
Order Form Abandonment Rate
Number of draft orders (when customers proceed to the form page) /
Total number of orders (including draft and canceled orders)
This shows the percentage of customers who add items to their order forms but do not complete the purchase
Box 5 (Middle middle)
Total sales (See Total Sales) / Total order count (See Total Order Count)
Average Order Value: This indicates the average amount spent by customers in a single transaction on your store. It is calculated by dividing the total sales amount by the total number of orders.
Box 6 (Middle right)
Take Merchant Percentile: This ranks your store's performance compared to other Take Merchants based on the total number of orders received in the last month. The higher the percentile, the better your store is doing. Note that only active competitors with at least one order in the last 30 days are considered for comparison.
(Coming soon!) Take Category Percentile: This ranks your store's performance compared to other Take Merchants in the same store category and country based on the total number of orders received in the last month. The higher the percentile, the better your store is doing. Note that only active competitors with at least one order in the last 30 days are considered for comparison.
Box 7 (Lower left)
Top Products: This provides a list of the five best-performing product variants based on the total number of units sold during the selected timeframe.
Box 8 (Lower middle)
Top Visits by Source: This lists the five most common referral sources that drove traffic to your store based on the total number of views coming from each source during the selected timeframe.
Box 9 (Lower right)
(Coming soon!) Repeat Customer Rate: This indicates the percentage of customers who have made more than one purchase during the specified timeframe. It is calculated by dividing the total number of customers who made multiple orders by the total number of customers during that period. This metric helps assess the loyalty and strength of your customer base.
