Edit order
The edit order function allows you to modify the contact details, items, quantities, delivery details, or any other purchase details of your current order.
What details you can change by using edit order?
- 1.Name and phone number detail
- 2.Add/remove items list and quantity
- 3.All relevant question cards
- 4.Delivery detail (type, date, time)
- 5.You can also add Adjustment + remark if you need to put additional fee
Click on the edit button on the order detail page:
You will be redirected to your store's checkout form but with an admin access badge:
Adjustment and remark to put additional fee:
The adjustment & remark field is only available on devices who has admin access -> therefore,
buyer will not be able to see/edit this field
Lastly, the end button will be shown as "Save" instead of "Order via WhatsApp"
After you save your changes, you can simply press "Send WhatsApp" to notify your buyer on the modified order
